TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Making A Purchase
GENERAL
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that masks purchased are suitable for the purpose intended before purchase. No refunds, returns, or exchanges can be made except where products supplied are damaged whereby a replacement will be made. Any claims must be received within 14 days of receipt or 90 days of non receipt. No claims will be accepted after these dates. All claims must be made in writing and sent by recorded delivery.
PRICES
Prices quoted exclude VAT, a Handling Charge of £2.50 per order, and Postage & Packaging, which will be added to the final price at checkout. Prices are subject to change at short notice. We source masks from different suppliers and pay many different prices for the same products. Our aim is to have as many masks in stock as we can. Prices are checked on a regular basis but mistakes sometimes happen. Prices and descriptions are provided in good faith and you agree, using this site, that we shall not be liable for mistakes in the catalogue.
REFUNDS
No refunds can be given on masks or health care products. It is agreed that it is the customer's responsibility to satisfy themselves that masks purchased are suitable for the task intended before making a purchase. Please do not ask us for advice as we are not qualified to give it. If in doubt, please contact the manufacturers before making a purchase or your doctor.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us until we confirm acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us. If a refund is made because of non delivery and it is subsequently discovered at a later date that the carrier did attempt to delivery the item and left a "While you were out" card, the customer agrees to pay an administration charge of £40.00 + vat or 25% of the original order, whichever is greater. Prices are subject to change at short notice. We source masks from different suppliers and pay many different prices for the same products.
CANCELLATION
It is not possible to cancel your order once it has been shipped. If your order has not been shipped there is a cancellation charge of £50+ vat or 25% of the order value, whichever is greater. In addition, in the case of orders delivered or shipped in stages, it is agreed that it is not possible to cancel the remainder of the order once the first consignment has been shipped.
UNAUTHORISED RETURNS
An administration charge of £50+Vat will be charged if you return your order, or part, without our prior written agreement. Further charges for administration and/or disposal of your order will be incurred unless you arrange for collection or disposal of your order within 30 days of return. Please note that goods such as masks and respirators are exempt under the Sale of Goods Act due to their nature.
CHARGEBACKS
An administration charge of £50+Vat will be charged if you authorise your credit or debit card company to debit our account for any order without our written agreement first.
CREDIT TERMS
The company's credit terms are 14 days from date of invoice and the customer agrees to pay interest calculated at 4% per month in respect of fees still outstanding 14 days from date of invoice unless extended credit terms have been agreed in writing. We reserve thr right to suspend or cancel shipments for accounts which are overdue.
UNPAID DEBTS
It is agreed that any charge still unpaid after 90 days from date of invoice will be registered with the Unpaid Debt Register. This may result in your credit reference details being affected.
DISPUTES
It is agreed that this or any contract that exists between us and the customer is governed by English Law and no other. It is agreed that any dispute or grievance between us and the customer be settled by arbitration either in The Slough County Court or by the Arbitration Service Offices in London SW1. with both parties responsible for their own expenses and legal costs etc.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Please allow up to 28 days for standard delivery. If your purchase is urgent please contact us directly. Only UK standard mail and Express Mainland Parcel Post prices are shown on our website. For overseas orders we will calculate the correct postage and packaging costs and contact you before we process your order if the cost is more than shown on your confirmation. It is agreed that goods returned to us because delivery was attempted, a card was left, and the purchaser or their agents failed to collect the items will be subject to an administration charge of £40.00 + vat, and a re-delivery charge if applicable. It is agreed that we will not be held responsible for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Customers are responsible for taxes and import duties and any other fees in their own country and it is agreed that we are not responsible for these or for non delivery to overseas countries due to events not under our control.
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If the items cannot be delivered within 28 days we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
TAX CHARGES
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
This is a secure site. When you proceed to "Checkout" you will see a padlock icon appear in your browser. When the order is placed your credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. This is the same type of
system used by major banks to protect your information.
GUARANTEE
If you find any fault with any of our products simply return it within 7 days in the original packaging and we will replace it*. This does not affect your statutory rights. * Applies to mainland UK customers only.
